1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The product does not match the listing on our website.
  • You are dissatisfied with the product.

If any of these apply, please contact us at support@jessicase.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund immediately—no return required.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the order date.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon approval.
  • Refunds cover only the product price. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

3. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Submit a request via support@jessicase.com.
  2. Attach a photo of the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange an immediate replacement.

4. Returns & Refund Exceptions

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect selection of size, design, or color by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin processing your order.

How to Cancel Your Order:

If the cancellation request is submitted after this period, the order will proceed as scheduled, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
