What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!

If you experience any issues, such as:

  • The product is defective or not as described
  • The product is different from what was shown on the website
  • You are dissatisfied with the product

Simply email us at support@jessicase.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will refund you immediatelyno need to return the item.

Important:

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds cover product price only (shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable).

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@jessicase.com with your order number.

After 12 hours, we’re unable to cancel orders because processing and production will have already begun.

Note: Once your order has a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing time: 1-3 business days (may take longer during holidays or peak seasons).

Shipping Time:

  • Domestic (Free Shipping): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (customs delays possible)

Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–5 days after your order has shipped.

You can track your package directly from the email link or through our tracking page.

How much is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fees are flat rate and calculated based on the destination:

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): $6.87
  • International Shipping: $8.73

Note: Shipping fees are applied per order, not per item.

Taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover.

We also support PayPal for secure and easy payments.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Double-check your tracking information.
  2. Contact your local postal carrier for updates.
  3. Email us at support@jessicase.com if you still need help - we’ll assist right away!

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Do you accept returns for wrong size or color choices?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for incorrect size, color, or design choices made by the customer, or for change of mind after purchase.

Please double-check your selection before placing an order.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, address changes may no longer be possible as the order may already be in production or shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Please note that delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing may affect the estimated arrival date.
