1. Refunds Policy

If there are any issues with your order or product, including the following cases:

  • You are dissatisfied with the product
  • The product is defective/not as described
  • The product doesn't match what was on the website

Simply contact us via email at support@jessicase.com with your order number, stating the reason for wanting a return or refund. If there is any fault on our part, we will refund you immediately without requiring you to return the product to us.

Key Details:

  • Our refund policy is valid for 15 days from the order date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • The refund amount will only include the price of the product. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Haven't received your refund yet? If you don’t see your refund reflected in your account:

  1. Check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as some processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank to confirm if the refund is pending.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@jessicase.com.

    Replacements Policy

    Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
    To request a replacement:

    1. Submit a customer support request via support@jessicase.com.
    2. Include a photo of the items in question.

    Once verified, one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement.


    Returns & Refunds Exceptions

    We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements due to user errors, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.
    • Change of mind after purchase.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as we prepare your order for processing and shipment.

    How to Cancel Your Order: Send us an email at support@jessicase.com with your order number within the cancellation timeframe.

    If you miss the cancellation window, your order will proceed as scheduled, and our Refunds Policy will apply.
