1. Refunds Policy

If there are any issues with your order or product, including the following cases:

  • You want a refund for any reason
  • You are dissatisfied with the product
  • The product is defective/not as described
  • The product doesn't match what was on the website

Simply contact us via email at support@jessicase.com with your order number, and we will immediately refund you without requiring you to return the item to us.

Our refund policy is valid within 15 days from the date you receive the item.

Your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

The refund amount will not include shipping fees, taxes, only the price of the product, please note this.

If you haven't received your refund yet, here are some steps to follow:

  • Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn't been processed.
  • Contact your credit card company as there might be a delay before the refund is reflected in your account.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there could be a processing period before the refund appears. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@jessicase.com.

    2. Cancellation/Refund Policy

    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, after 12 hours, we're unable to process cancellations as we need to ensure timely processing and delivery. Therefore, your order will proceed as scheduled after this timeframe.
